Exceptions to the regular opening hours:

Tue-Fri August 18th – 21st open at 9am – 3 pm
Sat-Sun August 22nd – 23 rd closed

Science Centre Pilke will be permanently closed in 2026

Metsähallitus has decided to end the operations of the Science Centre Pilke by the end of 2026. Science Centre Pilke and Metsähallitus’ customer service in Rovaniemi will be closed permanently by the end of October 2026. We will inform you about the exact schedule closer to the date.
